What we did
We redesigned the UI/UX with a focus on speed and navigation, connected analytics to track user actions and traffic sources with data flowing into ERP/CRM, set up DevOps processes for deployment, monitoring and test automation, built a custom CMS for HR, integrated SSO and automated feedback handling inside CRM.
Result
